Canadian Prairies
The Palliser's Triangle was considered an un-farmable section of land found in southern Alberta and Saskatchewan. Through the hard work of countless European settlers in the early 1900’s. They were able to transform this land into an area of abundance. Families and the community banded together in hopes of bettering the lives of their children, but as the world changed, so did the nature of life in the region. Young adults moved to find opportunities in the cities. The remaining people living in these communities are aging out, and the way of life that was so strong for so long is returning to the earth with them.

A Soft Degrade
This series started in the early 2000’s exploring the old abandoned farm houses around Medicine Hat. Although the imagery has moved on from the farmlands, I continue to enjoy exploring the things that used to be.

East Vancouver
Living in East Vancouver is the great Love/Hate of my life. It’s currently called home living with my Wife and Daughter in Strathcona . We are sandwiched between a drug crisis on one side and an industrial neighbourhood on the other. I’m documenting this community in flux, for better or worse.
